WE HAVE DONE IT! With another super story from Charles Matthias, the word count for Metamor Keep has been pushed beyond 6 million. Well done everyone who has contributed!

PS: Thanks to Virmir for posting this on the mailing list to let us know, and for keeping the archive as well prepped as he has for… um, how long now? ;)

Yeah, but for every 1000 words we write, and are starting to get feedback for, you go ahead and have gotten a whole 100000 words written and posted to the archive! I'm starting to think you're bribing Virmir to get this done so quickly ;-)

And I get about as much feedback for my 100,000 words as you do for 1,000. I definitely think there's an imbalance here! ;-)

And I am not going to slow down my pace. Rather, I want to see more folks writing so that we all have more to share in and enjoy!

Let's see…

From what I can remember, it took me a good three months to get through the archives when I went on my massive binge. Back then, The Fellowship of the Egg was one of the last stories in the archive, and even with The Last Tale of Yajakali already on the list, it might still have taken me another month to get through everything else that's been added since.

We have an amazingly large body of material here, and I don't think anyone who started the site imagined that it would grow this much.

It will definitely take me a while the to read the lot. Especially since my time is divided between chores, music creation, researching and writing my own stuff and other random stuff.

It's brilliant that so much has been made for Metamor Keep. I hope I can become a major contributor too. :)
