Time for some theory crafting. As the information we have is rather vague there's going to be guesswork and assumptions.
It is stated that a massive number of them were created. I'm guessing that means somewhere between 1,000 and 10,000 individuals - How many dragon eggs were stolen and how many Draconians could've been made with 1 egg? Possibly brood-mothers were made and magically enhanced to produce as many newborns as possible. These would most likely be grown at an accelerated rate, as part of the fell magic used to create the breed.
The Draconian colourations would most likely similar to the dragons whose eggs were taken. Unless certain colour dragons weren't present in the Lomish Empire.
Demographics: Is there a difference in combat effectiveness between Male or Female Draconians(If there are genders)? Since they were made for battle it is likely the fiercest gender would have been favoured. Unless there was a rush in creating them and all that was needed would be numbers. Then the balance would be more or less equal. If unequal, it could've led to a protected gender-class within Draconian society.
Hierarchy: Probably a system their Lomish controllers were familiar with would've been imposed on them to make commanding them easier.
Servitude: Since they are a magically created people a method of control would've been "carved" into their mould. If the makers were smart enough it would be a method that would be easy to use, maintain and teach to future generations (eg. Command word, Specific sound/music, Spell, Symbols on uniforms, sceptres etc). Do Draconians feel they have to serve their makers because were made by them?
As Draconians are stationed on the border maybe they'd have a Lomish Commander/Handler assigned to them.
Draconian nature: They are intelligent, brutal, sadistic, capable of flight and magic. Intelligent creatures need to be kept busy, because idle minds will wander. Maybe always busy scheming against other Draconians? Brutal, Sadistic: Fighting among themselves in peacetime to improve whole species? Any perceived weakness would be cut out. They show no mercy to foe, friend or family.
In time they may have established themselves as tribal communities along the border. Improving their defences against possible Dragon attack. Idea! Maybe an engineering class grew out of a need to build a defence against Dragons.
In relation to Dragons: Since Dragons wiped out nearly half their number during and after the war and destroyed much of their hatchery. I imagine there is no love lost between Draconians and Dragons either way. This may have resulted in a Dragon hunter class emerging among them. Capable to go toe to toe with a Dragon with a small group, armed with the best weapons, clad in the best armour.
Any surviving clutch would be protected in a place nigh inaccessible to Dragons. Who controls the population growth of the Draconians? Is it in the hand of the Lomish or the Draconians?
That's about all I could think of. Let me know if any of it makes sense and is useful for the wikidot entry.
