Okay!

So I've acquired the coveted keys to the archives, and I'm ready to start adding stories. Feel free to send everything that needs to go up my way. (Or if you've already sent me something to read, let me know if it's okay to go up.) There's a lot that needs to go up at the moment, so I'll probably do several small updates.

There are also a number of technical things that need to be touched up on the site. So far, I'm planning on:

• Changing links over from the old to the new mailing list
• Getting a link for *this site* up
• Redirecting outdated static pages (characters, technical info, etc.) to the new dynamic wiki pages here

Anything else? Let me know!

Also, if you need hosting for images for wiki articles, email them to me and I'll put them up on the archive site for you to link to.

Misha: Added a link to here in the "community" dropdown in the upper right hand corner. I will also post it as an announcement along with the first batch of stories. Let me know which of the stories you sent are ready to go up and I'll post them ASAP. (I didn't know if you wanted to fix some of the typos I found first :) )

OK! I'll have to send you the corrected stories this afternoon after work! I sent you a few stories last night as a starter! Great to have the archive moving again.

Also I am VERY grateful to Thaeus for all the work he did on the archive so far and I hope he gets back into MK soon! thanks Thaeus.

We have an update!

I posted the few you sent me last night, Chris, plus Counter Strike (if you wanted to edit this some more, resend it and I'll re-do it).

There are a lot more stories that need to go up. I'll see if I can do some more tonight and possibly tomorrow.

Raven, some of your stories that were already up were placed too close to the WA, so I shuffled them around so they would appear in the right place in relation to Charles' stories. Let me know if these are correct. (And thank you for putting the dates at the top of each of your stories in big black letters. :) )

And yes, we should thank Thaeus for designing such a nice and easy to maintain site. :)

Ironically, I don't have anything to add just yet. My entire Fifth cycle is set in a novel format, and it is not yet ready to be posted. I still have about 30 chapters to write before it will be finished!

That said, the update looks great, Virmir! Thank you so much for taking on this awesome responsibility! :-)

Well, I've been writing Metamor Keep for almost ten years now. Fairly early on I had an idea for a big plot arc, and at this point, it just flows naturally. And also, I developed a lot of arcs that were to be wrapped up at this point, so well, that means a lot of Metamor Keep to write!
