Goldmark has embraced being a rat more than anyone else, even Charles himself. Goldmark has long enjoyed the fact that he could transform into a small rat and find his way into places other larger folks found inaccessible. He is repsonsible for finding the lost wine cellar that the rats have claimed for their own. Goldmark now too makes his money by being a thief, but he enjoys it more for the chance to transform and be a rat.
