Only very few call this grandmotherly hedgehog Annette. To most of Glen Avery she is known as Mrs. Levins, the baker of the finest pies and pastries to be found anywhere in the Valley. Mrs. Levins lost her children during the Battle of Three Gates, and since has considered all the Glen as her family. It is not unusual to have her burst in unexpectedly bearing a tray ladled with tasty treats.
